DAMAGE
Did you damage your BBJ piece? I wear my jewelry everyday too. Jewelry by nature is delicate. We are happy to repair an item, at no charge to you, within the first 120 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 120 days, or deemed to be caused by misuse, will incur repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer. Pricing for repairs vary depending on style and typically start at $30, plus shipping.

It is the BBJ promise that your jewelry is delivered free of quality defects. We do our best to guarantee that your pieces arrive perfect. Should your piece arrive with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the first 15 days of receipt of purchase.

MODIFICATIONS
Have you decided you'd like to make slight modifications to your piece? (ex: maybe you've lived with a necklace and decide you want it to be longer or shorter).  We are happy to make modifications for an additional charge plus shipping & handling. Please email betsy@betsy.co for more information.

Please kindly note we cannot accept responsibility for items repaired by any other jeweler. Any and all warranty of the piece will be considered void if another jeweler has worked on a Betsy Baird Jewelry design.

Many (but not all) of our rings can be resized. Pricing for ring resizing varies, dependent on style and typically starting at $50. Requested ring resizing and shipping will be at the expense of the customer. Email betsy@betsy.co for more information.
