How will my order ship? You have the luxury of choosing your shipment method via UPS. Signature is required upon delivery.

What if my order is lost during transit? This is extremely rare. If your order does happen to be lost in transit, please contact betsy@betsy.co immediately and we will work with the shipping company to locate your package. BBJ is not responsible for missing packages when the tracking indicates it has been delivered.
